Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Klook Up, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Klook Up provides URL shortening, link management, link hub pages, and analytics services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Klook Up to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Bypass or interfere with security features
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you create or share through Klook Up. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our policies without prior notice.

6. Free & Premium Plans

Klook Up offers both a free tier and a Premium subscription:

• Free accounts may create up to 1 Social Hub page and 1 Business Hub page. Free hub pages display advertisements from our partners.
• Premium subscribers may create unlimited Social Hub and Business Hub pages. Premium hubs are completely ad-free. Premium subscribers also have access to custom link slugs.
• Custom link slugs (e.g., klookup.com/your-brand) are a Premium-only feature. Custom slugs remain active as long as the Premium subscription is active.

7. Subscription Cancellation & Data Policy

When a Premium subscription ends (cancelled, expired, or not renewed):

• A 7-day grace period begins. During this time, your custom slugs and extra hub pages remain active.
• After 7 days, custom link slugs are permanently removed and the original shortened URL will revert to a random code. The custom slug becomes available for other Premium users to claim.
• Hub pages exceeding the free limit (1 Social Hub + 1 Business Hub) will be permanently deleted along with their associated data (items, analytics, and contact form submissions).
• Your most recently created hub of each type will be retained. Older hubs beyond the free limit will be removed.
• If you re-subscribe within the 7-day grace period, the scheduled cleanup is cancelled and all your data is preserved.

8. Advertising

Free hub pages may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. We reserve the right to change ad partners at any time. Ads displayed are subject to the respective ad network's policies. Premium subscribers are exempt from all platform-served advertisements on their hub pages. Your own affiliate links, sponsored content, and custom links are never affected by our advertising.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer

Klook Up is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for content accessed through shortened links.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klook Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
